"The most important thing to do when you find yourself in a hole is to stop digging"

So often it starts small. It could be a comment from a friend, or you're comparing your results to someone else's. Maybe you aren't seeing the results you're hoping for in a particular time frame.

It eats away at you until it builds to the point where you question yourself. You also question what you're doing, how you're doing it...sometimes even why you're doing it.

The question you ask yourself the most is "Can I really do this?"


It can stop a transformation dead in its tracks.
