One of the most common weight loss misconceptions out there is that you can only succeed when things are smooth, easy and relatively non-challenging.

The reality couldn't be more the opposite.

In this episode of the show, we have a very personal discussion about adversity and what we've had to face ourselves along the way and how we've managed to overcome it.

When a challenge presents itself, do you just give up because it's too hard and tell yourself "It's ok, I'll start again next week/month/year", or do you step up and find out what you're really capable of?
