I don't want to be fat and 50. I want to be foxy and 50. I want to work on the process leading up to that goal. To say I want to lose weight is so vague, but I want to change my perceptions. I want to learn to love myself again. To take control of my eating habit and my life. This albatross around my neck has me weighed down. I want to learn the right way. I don't want to keep spinning my wheels and muddle through countless websites looking for the magic trend. I want to change my emotional eating into mindful and healthful eating. I want to have that defined muscle tone that I know I still have but needs some reawakening. I want to feel recharged and energetic once again. I'm sick and tired of being tired. I want to be in the best possible shape I can be for the remainder of my days.
